How many people can stay in the house?
Summer House Le Vito accommodates up to 10 people, spread across 3 bedrooms with double beds (160×200), a gallery loft with 2 beds (90 cm), and a sofa bed with its own mechanism and a 140 cm mattress on the ground floor.
What is the interior of the house like?
The house has 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 washing machines – ideal for two families or a larger group wanting a bit more privacy and convenience during their stay.
What kitchen equipment is included?
Each of the two kitchens is fully equipped: stovetop, oven, dishwasher, range hood, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, iron, and its own set of dishes – guests can prepare meals independently without any limitations.
Does the house have parking?
Yes, the house has 2 parking spaces, so arriving by car is not a problem, even with two vehicles.
What is the outdoor space like?
The outdoor space includes 2 covered and 2 uncovered lounging areas, an entire private courtyard, an outdoor kitchen for Dalmatian-style evening dinners, an outdoor shower for refreshing after the beach or a swim, an outdoor grill, and 2 balconies – one covered with a seating set, the other on the upper floor, uncovered, with a view.
What furniture is on the terraces and in the garden?
The covered terrace is furnished with a table for 8 people and 4 lounge armchairs for relaxing. The garden features an additional 4 lounge chairs.
Is there a pool?
The house does not have a pool.
How far is the beach?
The sea is just 400 meters away, and the nearest developed beach (Bristak) is located 700 meters from the house. Other beaches nearby include Zamalin (1.2 km), Sovlje (2 km), and Vodice (2 km), connected by a beautiful seaside walking path – perfect for daily walks and exploring different beaches during your stay.
How far is the nearest supermarket and café?
The nearest supermarket and the nearest café are both about 250 meters from the house.
What is the nearest airport?
The nearest is Zadar Airport, about 60 km away. Split Airport is an alternative, about 69 km away.
Do you offer transfers to the airport or excursions?
Yes, transfers to the airport can be arranged, as well as to Krka National Park (waterfalls).
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. An earlier check-in may be possible depending on conditions (e.g. whether the house has already been cleaned) – guests can arrive earlier and leave their luggage while the house is being cleaned, which takes place between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Can I bring a pet?
Small pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
Is bed linen included?
Yes, bed linen is included in the rental price.
Is WiFi available?
Yes, WiFi is free for all guests.
Does the house have air conditioning?
Yes, 3 air conditioning units cover the entire house.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not allowed inside the house.

The house has an interior staircase, so it may unfortunately be difficult to access for people with disabilities.
What entertainment is available in the house?
The house has 3 smart TVs with the ability to watch Netflix and other streaming content, as well as a PlayStation 3 for guests who enjoy a game night.
Is there a place to store valuables?
Yes, the house has a safe for valuables.
How does payment work?
A deposit is paid upon booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings can be cancelled up to 14 days before arrival at the latest.
